These testimonials are from clients that were on the ‘Reduce Stress Retreat’ I held in Co. Wicklow, Ireland from January 17th-19th, 2014.

This was a great weekend. Friendly and informal yet also very well run, with a really interesting array of things to do. Laura created a very welcome and safe environment where I felt at ease exploring the different activities on offer. The Angelic Reiki and sound bath were particular highlights, Laura lending a compassionate ear to any personal issues that arose throughout. The food was also excellent and plentiful. I came away feeling very refreshed and positive. I’ll definitely come again 🙂

When I first said that I would go on the retreat I was not 100% sure what to expect. I really enjoyed the weekend, all of it was lovely, really well done and organised. There was no time to be bored which was great, everyone was catered for and well looked after. The weekend flew by, I would have loved to have stayed longer. Laura made sure that everyone was comfortable, warm and had everything we needed, was great to meet new people and to be able to relax and unwind. Really enjoyed “trying” to go with no mobile phone, was much easier than expected!! Thanks Laura for a great weekend xx

Laura took such great care of us. Everything was clear and fun and the food was delicious. She created an atmosphere of calm and openness and it was so easy-going I felt at ease immediately.
