My last post proposed the idea of taking the time to go within and embrace the stillness and silence that is so easy to find in winter-time. This is a short meditation that may help you get into that silence. Try to listen to it in a quiet space. Set the scene for valued Self-time.
Take this time to be still
Breathe
Inhale
And Exhale
Allow your thoughts to float by- do not engage them
Feel your heart beat
Your mind clears
Relax into the silence
Relish the nothingness
Just BE
