I hope you are finding the Ho’oponopono practice is aiding you in moving past situations where you feel you have held to resentment and/or guilt.
I have found it to be a truly powerful practice that illuminates many limiting beliefs and patterns that perhaps have sat in the consciousness for a long time. This can be quite overwhelming- especially if it exposes more than you had thought could possibly still be there!
As realisations surface, it is important to not allow yourself to dwell in overwhelm or the perceived work yet to be done. Try instead to see the positive side of shadows being illuminated. How wonderful it is to get to know yourself better- to see yourself clearer, to get closer to the Truth of who you are.
Be sure to follow through and complete the discipline. By practicing this in a consistent way, it has been my experience that positive results and breakthroughs will be gained.
It is a brave and courageous step towards taking responsibility for all parts of yourself- towards healing yourself. Acknowledge this!
Show your present and past self/selves, forgiveness and compassion
Use positive and supportive language towards yourself
Always remember you are not alone in any situation
Seek support when it is needed
Be kind to your wonderful self!
