A thin veil of clouds move across the moon tonight.

Darkness to light, lightness to dark, and on the cycle goes…

A nudge to encourage us where to focus our attention at this time of Autumnal Equinox.

Confront the mystery.

Delve deep and face shadow.

Be as the trees letting go of their leaves.

Rest and find refuge in Nature.

Trust in yourSelf. Trust in your Truth.

Seek and accept support in Mother Earth.

May we each move gently with the ebb and flow of life, letting go of resistance, open to change.
